A Mexican immigrant protesting Donald Trump’s policies on illegal aliens got into a scuffle with the GOP presidential candidate’s security guards outside Trump Tower on Thursday.
Efraín Galicia, 50, was mocking Trump’s campaign slogan with a sign reading, “Make America Racist Again” when guards from the hotel/office/condo skyscraper complex confronted him.
“They pushed me around,” Galicia told The Post. “We brought all our banners. We know the law. We know we can protest along the sidewalk.”
The activist, a US resident for 30 years, said that the guard was acting like his tycoon boss, who had prominent Latino reporter Jorge Ramos booted from a press conference last month.
“It’s like the way his boss behaves: pushing out Ramos from Univision,” Galicia said.
“These guys, his servants, they think they can do the same thing.”
But Trump’s people said the protesters were the aggressors. The New York Times reported that Trump’s campaign said the guard was attacked from behind and they would “likely be pressing charges.”

Latino protesters stirring up trouble outside Trump Towers in Manhattan Thursday got a hefty dose of Trump justice when the building’s security guards stepped in — and a part of the confrontation was caught on film.
Protesters were marching outside and harassing people outside the high-rise when a security guard snatched a sign from a Mexican immigrant‘s hand.
When the immigrant attempted to take his sign back, the guard smacked him in the head so hard that he almost fell down.
In the video, filmed by NY1 Noticias, the Trump guard took Efraín Galicia’s sign from him. Galicia began following the security guard and grabbed him from behind to retrieve the sign.
In a flash, the guard turned around and slapped Galicia, almost knocking him off his feet. Another security guard stepped in and attempted to hold Galicia back.

My opinion after watching this video in Youtube, it looks like the sign was on the sidewalk when the guard pick it up. Anyway my question is at this time why no one in the media inform if Efrain Galicia is an illegal or legal Mexican immigrant?
If Galicia is an illegal immigrant City of New York must honor the Treaty about Alliens ratified by American States in 1928 because it was a violation of Article 7.
But if Galicia is a legal immigrant,  the City of New York should conduct an investigation after watching the videos  when any one can see Galicia's attack from the back of the security guard and any other  City's Ordinances in reference to a  chaos  in front of an entrance to a private business to prevent   people attending that event.  Miriam Mata

Security expert: Trump's guard 'didn't go too far' smacking that protester

A security consultant tells INSIDER that Donald Trump's guard was in the right when he smacked a protester in the face during a Thursday spat outside of Trump Tower.
"I saw the protester actually run quite a distance and almost grab him in a bear hug from behind. That is a pretty aggressive tactic," said Chris McGoey, security consultant and licensed private investigator with 31 years of experience.
McGoey also said he thought the security guard didn't go too far by hitting the protester, identified by NY1 Noticias as Efraín Galicia, in the face.
"You definitely want to get this man off of you,"McGoey said. "He's demonstrated that he's already aggressive and angry, so you need to stabilize the situation and create some distance. So I don't see anything wrong at that point."
McGoey said he couldn't tell if the original cause for the tussle — Trump's guard removing Galicia's sign — was justifiable.
"There's not enough information available, but in the brief news clip I saw it looked like the sign was either on the ground, and it was interfering with their path of traffic or if (the guard) just angrily removed the sign," McGoey said. "No one can destroy someone else's property, so if that happened, that would not be proper."
The sign that was taken from Galicia by the guard read "Trump: Make America Racist Again," according to The New York Times. As the guard turned around to walked toward Trump Tower, Galicia is seen charging after him, bear-hugging him before the guard turned around and swiftly swung at his face. The guard then went back into the building with the sign.
Galicia later compared his treatment to that of Jorge Ramos, a Univision reporter who was physically removed from a Trump press conference last week by a similar-looking guard, per The Times. Trump's campaign wouldn't answer whether the guard who smacked Galicia is the same one who escorted Ramos from last week's news conference.
Trump's campaign announced it would likely press charges against Galicia.
