Mike Brown’s mother, Lesley McSpadden, plans to travel “to Geneva, Switzerland, next month to speak about her son and other victims of police brutality in front of the United Nations,” reports Vice Magazine:

[W]ith little faith in the justice her son will receive, McSpadden, accompanied by one of the family’s lawyers and a handful of local activists and human rights advocates, is taking her son’s case — and that of other victims of racial profiling and police violence — straight to the UN Committee Against Torture, the body tasked with preventing torture and cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment and punishment around the world.
The trip — which was recently made public by organizers and promoted under the tagline “Ferguson to Geneva” — is meant to make a case, to as wide an audience as possible, that both Brown’s killing and the militarized police response to protesters demanding justice for him, are a matter of human rights.

Really? I actually feel extraordinarily sorry for this woman, because it is obvious to me that liberal mainstream media shills like Reverend Al Sharpton have managed to blind her from the obvious truth – that her son was a thug, and that the majority of Ferguson protesters too are nothing more than thugs. Their actions - looting stores, assaulting motorists, burning flags and rapping about killing white people – prove it!

“It’s actually covered by article one of the convention against torture,” Justin Hansford, a law professor at Saint Louis University and co-author of a brief to the UN body filed by Brown’s family and local activists, told VICE News. “When the government has all the guns, all the force, and when they can kill people with impunity and without fear of being found guilty of a crime, that’s a classic example of state violence.”

“You see this in dictatorships and regimes where they do this to their own citizens and they get away with it,” he added.

Really? Officer Darren Wilson currently fears for his life because of the many death threats that keeps receiving. Furthermore, if police officers could “kill people without impunity,” then Officer Wilson would not currently be facing a potential grand jury indictment. He will likely NOT be acquitted, as the evidence supports his side of the story, but that does not take away from the fact that even he must face the penetrating glare of justice’s lens.
Like I said the other day, I do believe that police brutality and misconduct exist. However, the Left appears far more invested in using racial animosity to keep us divided than in taking a serious look at police impropriety. What’s worse is that apparently, they are even willing to use innocent mothers like Lesley McSpadden as pawns in their twisted ideological game.

      Hace unos meses me senti identificada con la historia de Merida, Yucatan al descubrir
 hechos historicos de mi abuela paterna con dicha ciudad que explico en este escrito:

     En el dia de hoy aparece una nota de prensa en el ministerior de la Cultura y las Artes
 de Merida, donde su secretario el maestro Roger Metri Duarte dice lo siguiente:
 " el país caribeño significa  mucho para la entidad, porque mantenemos una relación que
 data de muchos años atrás y sobre todo porque nos une la música, la comida, el baile,
 el mar y la tradición. "

    Si bien es cierto lo que dice,  olvida mencionar  la historia de amistad y confraternidad cuando en Merida tanto como en Cuba existieron tiempos dificiles bien cuando eran colonias bajo España, en la epoca de Porfirio Diaz  en Mexico, de Gerardo Machado en Cuba  y  durante la Revolucion Mexicana cuando se practico el bolchevismo que ha dejado secuelas en el presente cuando ignoran que los cubanos no son libres, que han sufrido por mas de cinco decadas, y que con frecuencia llegan cubanos balseros  a sus costas en busca de libertad que la mayor parte de las veces los devuelven a la isla carcel los que logran llegar con vida.

   Casualmente en el dia de hoy, lei un articulo que narra lo que le ha sucedido a los cubanos bajo el totalitarismo comunista que existe en la isla desde hace mas de cinco decadas y que merece
 reflexion su lectura  ya que en el genero musicial especifico, el cubano no produce  como antes,
 como lo hizo Jose White cuando compuso La Bella Cubana porque  la inspiracion y la
 esperanza desde finales de la decada de los 50 termino bien en los paredones, en las carceles, en el exilio o en las aguas del Golfo de Mexico.

     Lo sucedido en  el Condado de San Louis, Missouri en los ultimos diez dias no es nada nuevo, en el 2000 sucedio algo parecido, sin tener la involucracion de agitadores profesionales nacionales  o de organizadores comunitarios federales que en mi opinion es la esencia de la anarquia que ha vivido la ciudad de Ferguson, lugar apacible y acogedor de 21,000 habitantes siendo la comunidad de la raza de color mayoritaria en un 70 %.

     Al enterarme de lo sucedido cuatro dias despues del hecho escribi lo siguiente por facebook:

****Cuando un policia armado entra en un altercado fisico con otra persona sea sospechoso o no , aunque no este armado, como lo que sucedio en Ferguson Missouri con Michael Brown el cual murio , el policia recibio laceraciones en la cara antes de la descarga del arma, hecho desgraciado que sera investigado y se tomara en cuenta los testigos de ambas partes. Pero ya el policia ha sido amenazado de muerte, lo cual no han dado a la publicidad su nombre, ha sido juzgado y declarado culpable por la murchedumbre, el Departamento de Justicia dicen involucrara al FBI pues es un caso contra los derechos civiles, hasta Obama lo ha mencionado como tragico y pide refleccion, otros lo comparan con lo sucedido con Trayvon Martin y los amigos de la destruccion y el robo saqueando las tiendas por este hecho, me recuerda el caso de Emilio Miyares policia amigo de la familia quien en un hecho parecido, el sospechoso le quito el arma y lo mato, el asesino fue juzgado y murio en la carcel. Los miles de asesinatos de Chicago en la actualidad entre afro-americanos no solo se necesita reflexion tambien educacion e investigacion por el FBI para que no continue esa tragedia.

      En Ferguson siguieron las saqueos sin actuacion policiaca, despues demasiada demostracion de fuerza por la policia local, llegando al extremo que el gobernador de Missouri pone a cargo de la seguridad de Ferguson a la policia estatal conocida como Patrulla de Caminos y al frente su capitan de la raza de color se indentifica mas con los familiares de la victima como demostro en sus entrevistas con la foto de Michael Brown la victima en sus manos, hombre profesional y bien intencionado sin duda alguna esta sufriendo un profundo dolor cuando todo se empeora noche tras noche y el gobernador ha tenido que activar a la Guardia Nacional de Estado, o sea los militares.

     No conocemos el resultado final, ni como se resolvera esta crisis ya que anoche
 han tenido que detener a 78 de los agitadores y muchos eran de otros estados
 lejos de Missouri como California, solo 4  segun Fox News eran de Ferguson,
 18 de Missouri. Lo que si se puede captar es el odio que le
 tienen muchos a lo que representa la policia y los desafian tirandole cosas
 desde botellas de agua hasta cockteles molotov sin temer
 ser arrestados ya que demuestran con esa actuacion que las cosas no son
 iguales como en el 2,000 ahora tienen al presidente de los Estados Unidos
 de America y al Secretario de Justicia parcializados a su favor, de ahi
 que no le temen a las consecuencias.

    Es sabido que toda causa tiene su consecuencia y el constante aumento
 de la consecuencia  no se terminara hasta que la historia de la causa no se
 analice propiamente y se eduque a la poblacion minoritaria progresista
 que no es ni blanca ni negra sino ignorante y de poca fe en
 el sistema judicial del pais.

    En los momentos en los que en Chicago este fin de semana asesinaron a siete de la raza de color entre ellos mismos y llevan asi mas de cinco mil fallecidos en los ultimos meses, sin que llegue Amnistia Internacional  que estan en Ferguson, o los oriundos del propio lugar lideres nacionales como el propio Obama a tratar de resolver el problema, vemos tambien el poco enfasis en los medios noticiosos de lo que sucede alli.  La oportunidad de los que dice fueron testigos virtuales de los hechos en Ferguson, con videos no de lo sucedido, ni tan siquiera segundos despues ya que la mayoria de los videos que he visto tienen la cinta amarailla de la policia , y no lleva un segundo establecer el perimetro sino varios minutos. El estar en el lugar despues de lo sucedido y presentar un video el unico que al principio no tiene la cinta amarilla se puede
ver en  Video  
 como prueba junto a una abogada que la representa mas valor tiene de fama nacional que de testigo veridico del hecho pues no necesariamente posiblemente  no  lo presencio sino al escuchar los tiros pudo comenzar a grabar , hay testigos que no tienen video y 40 agentes federales del FBI los han entrevistado como las autoridades del Condado de St. Louis.

     En el 2000 sucedio un caso similiar en St. Louis, claro el telefono cellular no estaba popularizado.

     A pesar que se compare este hecho al de Trayvon Martin en la Florida ,
 no es igual en muchos sentidos. Especialmente no sera un complejo de
 apartamentos privado cuyo seguro le pago a los padres de Martin
 mas de un millon de dolares, si abren querella judicial quizas sea contra
 la ciudad de Ferguson, El Condado de St. Louis y hasta el Estado de 
Missouri, y como no existe gobierno que de sin antes quitar, seran los
 que pagan impuestos  en Missouri los que paguen en caso que se
 practique lo sucedido en el caso de la Florida.

     Con todo respeto el fiscal del Condado el abogado Bob McCulloch en caso que el
 oficial Wilson sea procesado como se puede apreciar luce ser politicamente incorrecto
 no hacerlo con la involucracion de Obama y Holder no debe estar a cargo en ese juicio
 y se le debe dar la jurisdiccion a otro condado ya que  se conoce que su  su padre 
quien era policia  fue asesinado  en 1964 por un negro segun dice esta
 informacion de MSN pero no en al articulo de la epoca de   St. Petersburg Times

When he was 12, his father was fatally shot by a black man while responding to a call. In a 2000 case, McCulloch brought no charges against two officers who fired 21 shots into a vehicle, killing two black men during an attempted drug arrest.

McCulloch has declined calls to step away from the case, saying in a television interview, "I've been as fair and impartial and done as thorough of a job as we could."
At the Department of Justice, Holder, the first black attorney general, who took office promising to fiercely fight discrimination and inequality, has been an increasingly visible presence during the Ferguson case.

Este articulo publicado en  The Conservative Tree House  el 4 de Septiembre, presenta detalles interesante sobre lo ocurrido. Especialmente el hecho que repetidamente escuche por la television testigos diciendo que el cuerpo de Brown permanecio sin cubrir en la calle por mas de cuatro horas, lo cual es totalmente falso, un paramedico lo cubrio  15 minutos despues del hecho, al final del video se puede apreciar. Los supuestos testigos han inventado muchas cosas por eso hay que esperar que se terminen las investigaciones.
