7 a 8 PM de burla total a los oyentes. Por la siguiente razon que Humberto
Garcia le entrego a la doctora abogada Elena Ortega Tauler un papel para
leer sobre la reunion de hoy del presidente Trump sobre el dia de la oracion
y su comentario tambien lo leyo escrito en el propio papel.
Tambien hacen una entrevista por la repartida de comida gratuita este
viernes en Hialeah de un programa llamado " Paz para el Corazon"
pero no dan el nombre de la pastora solo le dicen pastora. Humberto
Garcia llena de elogios a la abogada, diciendo que hay que ver su trayectoria
y en la pantalla escriben lo siguiente: " Un acercamiento a la vida politica
y comunitaria de la mano de la Dra. Elena Ortega Tauler. " Pues bien invito
a que revisen su trayectoria fuera de lo que se escucha por la Poderosa en
Google en el Miami Herald, y los archivos del Condado Miami Dade tambien
los del Estado.

La Poderosa radio acaba de sacar del aire al mejor programa que tenian,
con miles de seguidores como era el de Carlos Garin, que por meses trabajo
horas voluntario para informar con veracidad y en defensa del presidente
Trump desde el corazon con palabras propias y no la de otros con fines
electorales ya que la abogada mencionada aspira de nuevo
a ser juez como menciono en este escrito.!!!!!!!!!!
PROGRAMA 02/08/2018 PRIMERA PARTE.
En mi comentario por facebook no clare que la Dr. Tauler al comienzo
del programa si menciono a la pastora Isis Garcia que la entrevistaria
despues, lo cierto que si alguien solo escucha la entrevista mencionada
no conoce a quien se le esta entrevistando. Se puede apreciar
en este video como Humberto Garcia se ausenta por minutos
y le entrega unos papeles despues del minuto 9, en el video de la
segunda parte se ve cuando fue leido el documento que recibio.
PROGRAMA 02/08/2018 SEGUNDA PARTE
En esta segunda parte en el minuto 2.25 comienza a leer la noticia y lee el
comentario. En el minuto 34.33 finalizando el programa interesante como
Humberto Garcia comenta que hay que conocer un poco mas a Elena, estoy de
acuerdo buena idea, recomiendo indague en Google
por internet, y en los archivos del Miami Herald, del Condado Miami-Dade y en la
pagina del Estado de la Florida seccion de elecciones.

Elena Ortega-Tauler.*** Ms. Tauler has been a member of The Florida Bar for 26 years. She runs a solo practice and specializes in the field of Immigration Law. Now, I have not had the pleasure of meeting Candidate Tauler, but if she has ever read my columns on this Blog, then she would have known that this was coming. You see, there is no Elena Ortega-Tauler that is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida. There is an Elena C. Tauler. And Ms. "Tauler" even has a web site for her law firm. I read through the dozen or so pages on that web site. Do you think I found any, even one, reference to her being called "Ortega-Tauler"? NO. NADA.
Not only does Ms. Tauler list her name on The Florida Bar's web site as Elena C. Tauler, but we were also able to find that the home she apparently lives in, in the City of Doral, has her name on that deed as Elena C. Tauler. Also, there are no less than 24 corporations listed on Sunbiz where Elena C. Tauler is either an Officer and/or the RA. And, check the no less than seven documents that Tauler filed with the Florida Division of Elections in Tallahassee when she filed to run for Judge; all seven have a signature that clearly appears to read "Elena Tauler".
Why Ms. Tauler do you feel the need to attempt to pull one over on the voters of Miami-Dade County? Why are you running for a job where the public expects nothing less than for you to be the class of judgment and professionalism; yet your first act in running for Judge is one of deceiving the public by adding the name "Ortega" to your last name? We have outed several potential judicial candidates in the past on this Blog; you are not the first, and you most certainly will not be the last.
If you are going to run for Judge under the name "Ortega-Tauler", then at least have the decency to use that same name in the Member's Section of the Florida Bar web site and change your name on your own law firm web site so it reads "Ortega-Tauler".
***Addendum***. Thank you to Wannabe Captain. That commenter reminded me of a post I scribed on April 24, 2008, that can be found here. Now I remember how I earned my reputation. Six and one half years ago I first reported on Ms. Tauler when she filed to run against Migna Sanchez Llorens. (Shortly after my post, Ms. Tauler withdrew her name from the race). In that post, we alluded to the fact that Ms. Tauler had been recommended for Disbarment by The Florida Bar, but the Supreme Court overruled that recommendation and Suspended her for three years. We also made mention of the more than 30 lawsuits Ms. Tauler was a party to in Miami-Dade County. Please take the time to review our earlier post and thanks again to Wannabe Captain for the reminder.

On November 3, 1998, The Florida Bar filed a Complaint against Ms. Tauler moving for her DISBARMENT from the practice of law. The case went to the Florida Supreme Court and she was represented by attorney Scott Sakin.
The allegations were rather serious. Ms. Tauler was accused of taking over $50,000 from her Trust Account and using the money for personal and business obligations. This offense normally results in Disbarment. The referee, however, recommended a three (3) year Suspension; no doubt due to the fine work by Mr. Sakin. (Those who know Scott know how great an attorney he is).
The case went to the Florida Supreme Court. And in a 5-2 opinion, the Court upheld the recommendation of the referee, went against the wishes of The Florida Bar, and approved the 3 year SUSPENSION. The opinion is at 775 So.2d 944.
